We expect honest, complete disclosure — including prior immigration refusals, criminal records and travel history. Our advice can only be as good as the facts we are given. Withheld facts caught at the consular stage cost both sides.
Timely documents
Documents requested have deadlines that map to procedural windows. Late documents push procedural windows past deadlines, sometimes irrecoverably.
Engagement under written terms
All paid work proceeds under written engagement. Scope changes require written amendment. Verbal additions are not enforceable on either side.
