the lawful

If someone guarantees a Ukrainian visa, it's not legal — it's a scam.
Pakistani applicants are routinely targeted by middlemen selling fake job offers, forged invitation letters and “guaranteed” work permits. The damage is real: deportation, multi-year entry bans, criminal liability, and tens of thousands of dollars lost.
Our anti-scam stance isn't marketing. It's the reason we exist as a legal platform rather than another agency.
See all scam alertsFake job offers in Ukraine
“Hotel job”, “delivery contract”, “factory in Kyiv” — usually with an upfront fee and no verifiable Ukrainian employer.
Fake visa agents with no legal capacity
Brokers claiming embassy connections. They cannot issue, influence or guarantee a Ukrainian visa.
Fake or “bought” work permits
Documents that look real but were never issued by the State Employment Service. Will fail at the border.
Forged invitation letters
Invitations from companies that don't exist, are inactive, or never authorised the invitation.
Why Ukrainian visa applications from Pakistan get rejected.
Inconsistent or unverifiable employment
The Ukrainian employer cannot be verified in the public registry, has no fiscal activity, or has never employed foreign nationals.
Improperly translated or legalised documents
Missing apostille, uncertified translations, or notarisations that don't match Ukrainian formal requirements.
Insufficient financial proof
Bank statements that don't meet duration, balance, or source-of-funds expectations for the chosen visa category.
Prior immigration history flags
Previous Schengen refusals, overstays in third countries, or inconsistent travel patterns disclosed (or omitted) at application.
Weak invitation or sponsor letter
Letters missing required fields, signed by an unauthorised person, or referencing roles the company cannot legally fill with a foreigner.
Wrong visa category for the actual purpose
Applying as a tourist when the intent is employment; or as a student without a real enrolment; among others.
A legal platform, not a visa shop.
The same things that make us slower than a Saddar-bazaar agent are the same things that make us safer.
Legal capacity in Ukraine
Operating with Ukrainian-licensed lawyers — not offshore middlemen.
Transparent fees
Written agreements, scoped deliverables, no "embassy facilitation" line items.
Anti-scam by default
We refuse cases that depend on fake jobs, forged invitations or purchased permits.
Pakistan-aware workflow
Apostille, NADRA, MoFA attestation, Karachi/Islamabad logistics — we know the local stack.
Multilingual support
English · Urdu · Russian · Ukrainian, including written translations of binding documents.
Risk analysis first
We tell you if your case is weak. Sometimes that means recommending you don't apply.
Compliance focus
Every step references Ukrainian law and the relevant authority — not rumour or "agent experience".

Anyone who guarantees a visa is either uninformed or lying. We do neither.
