Ukraine Work Permit, prepared by lawyers.
A lawful, employer-sponsored work permit issued by the State Employment Service of Ukraine. Available to Pakistani citizens where a verified Ukrainian employer can demonstrate the role and justify a foreign hire.
Direct answer
A Ukrainian work permit can only be issued when a registered, active Ukrainian employer applies to the State Employment Service on your behalf. Pakistani nationals cannot self-apply, cannot “buy” a permit, and cannot legally enter Ukraine for work without one.

Who qualifies
Pakistani professionals with a genuine offer from a registered Ukrainian employer; specialists in roles a Ukrainian employer can demonstrate they cannot fill locally; IT, engineering, healthcare and skilled technical roles with documented experience; intra-company transferees.
This route is not for applicants offered a “guaranteed permit” with no employer named, cases relying on forged invitation letters, or applicants planning to enter on tourist routes and “convert” later.

Risks & common mistakes
- Paying an “agent” before verifying the employer. If the employer fails verification, the file cannot proceed.
- Using a generic or template contract. Ukrainian labour code requires specific clauses for foreign hires.
- Skipping apostille / legalisation. Documents must be apostilled before Ukrainian translation.
- Entering on a tourist visa “to interview”. Misrepresentation at entry can result in refusal, deportation and entry bans.
